Delivery Information

Delivery from our On-line Shop

Once you have placed your order in our on-line shop, you can pay for your goods using your credit/debit card. Your card details are sent via our secure on-line paying system.

Alternatively, you can pay via post using a cheque, but orders won’t be delivered until cheques have cleared.

When payment has been finalized, all your goods are delivered in a secure box that is chilled using dry ice. This will keep the goods cool for up to 48 hours.

Items are individually packed to protects the goods while in transit.

Please note however there is a 30kg limit per delivery charge.

We aim for our deliveries to be next day, unless you have specifically requested an alternative date, however please allow 48 hours as some items such as meat joints and pastry goods are made to order and require some chilling time before they can be sent out.

If next day delivery is possible you must order before 12.00 Noon. Otherwise the order will be made up & sent out the following day. If you order on Friday or at the weekend then your delivery will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Orders made over Bank Holidays including weekends will be delivered on Wednesdays.

Please note that currently we close on Wednesday afternoons for stock control, so any orders on Wednesday will be processed first thing Thursday.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the goods as the carrier requires a signature on delivery.

Note: If nobody is available to accept the delivery and no delivery can be made, then goods will be returned to us - Please see our Terms & Conditions.

Important - Orders can only be sent to UK mainland addresses & certain parts will require 48 hours delivery. Please see the map below for delivery areas and prices.

Ordering using our On-line Shop

Our products are priced per kg, per lb, per pack or per unit.

For these products enter the number you require. For example if you want to order 2kg of cheese or 2 jars of preserve, then please amend your quantity to 2 in the quantity box, next to the selected item, and press add to basket.

If you want two 1kg items of cheese/meat, then please provide details in the special instructions box when placing the order, otherwise we will send one item at the combined weight.
