Sweet Elderflower Vinegar

A Salad Dressing with Rape Seed or Olive Oil.

Add as an Ingredient substitute for Malt, spirit, wine or Cider Vinegar in Recipes.

Mix into/ Flavour Soft Cheeses, Crème Fraiche, & Plain Yoghurt.

Mix into Fruit Salads (Prevents Oxidisation/Browning of the Fruit).

May Be used as a Fruit Tea (add to warm water) or a Cordial in Sparkling, Still, Soda water or Lemonade.
