Pastificio Lucio Garofalo has a very long tradition going back to the end of XVIII Century, when for the first time Municipal Authority of Gragnano granted to Mr. Garofalo an official licence for making pasta.
 
The ancient art of making pasta from durum wheat semolina has a very long tradition in Gragnano. The history of pasta on the "magic" hill of this little town, very close to Naples, started more than 500 years ago.

We offer spaghetti, penne & lasagna riccia.

Herbs & Spices
Here at Gary Boyce Butchers we have chosen only the finest selection of dried herbs from East Anglia, and an organic range of spices.
 
Norfolk's Finest Herbs are a family run business who have been growing herbs for the past 12 years.
 
The herbs are grown on part of an 1000 acre Breckland Farm, situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. A unique range of top quality home-grown air dried herbs and blends with no additives or colourings.
 
Fresh & dried herbs each have a pert o play in cookery terms. A good dried herb provides strong flavours, and these herbs will keep their flavour and aroma for about two years.
 
Steenbergs is a family run business which provide us with organic spices and Fairtrade sugars.

We have selected the most popular spices used in todays kitchens, but we've also added some unusual ones for the more daring customer. From organic paprika to organic garam masala powder. Why not try an organic & fairtrade flavoured sugar - Lavender, Lemon, Cinnamon or Vanilla.
