Pastificio Lucio Garofalo has a very long tradition going back to the end of XVIII Century, when for the first time Municipal Authority of Gragnano granted to Mr. Garofalo an official licence for making pasta.
The ancient art of making pasta from durum wheat semolina has a very long tradition in Gragnano. The history of pasta on the "magic" hill of this little town, very close to Naples, started more than 500 years ago.
We offer spaghetti, penne & lasagna riccia.
Herbs & Spices
Here at Gary Boyce Butchers we have chosen only the finest selection of dried herbs from East Anglia, and an organic range of spices.
A good dried herb provides strong flavours, and these herbs will keep their flavour and aroma for about two years.
We have selected the most popular spices used in todays kitchens, but we've also added some unusual ones for the more daring customer.
