By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms & conditions.
All material on our website is copyright to Gary Boyce Butchers & Delicatessen or our content providers.
2. Information
Where possible we have tried to keep the information provided as accurate as possible.
We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from the reliance on information contained on our website.
3. Product Descriptions
All product descriptions/specifications shown on our website are as accurate as possible and in some instances it was necessary to be approximate with the information shown.
The pictures of our meats, cheeses and other goods shown on our website were actual products that was being sold in the shop at the time the photos were taken.
Please note that these images will vary to the goods you will receive as we cannot guarantee the appearance/size of each individual product.
At any point in time, we reserve the right to make changes which do not affect the quality or performance of the products.
We also reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability or amend any errors appearing on our website.
Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
4. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be made via our online shop and secured payment system on our website or alternatively you may phone our shop directly and place your order over the phone. Please ensure you have your full requirements and payment details ready when ordering over the phone.
Once the order online has been received we will confirm acceptance by email.
By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms & conditions.
All prices shown on our website at the time of your order is the price you will be quoted. These prices include V.A.T.
Please note that all weights shown on our website are approximate and meats will vary in weight. Please note that we may need to make an adjustment to your order so we can get the goods to the price you have committed to. Any major variations and we will of course contact you before we proceed any further.
Please note they do not include the cost of delivery, as this is an extra cost.
Delivery charges are shown in the Delivery section on our website. Prices shown on our website at the time of order is the price you will be quoted.
Orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery, and therefore no charge will be made. Unless you are ordering hampers, in-order to keep the hamper costs low, we will have to charge the delivery as it takes additional time for these to be made up on request.
We reserve the right to amend these prices without notice.
Payment can be made by credit card at the time you place your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed on our website) or alternatively please send cheques made payable to Gary Boyce, but orders will not be processed until cheques are cleared. The credit card transaction will be processed immediately.
Credit Card transactions are via NOCHEX secure server. NOCHEX are a specialist Payment Solution Provider for payments over the Internet.
6. Delivery
All orders we be delivered to the address provided in our online shop at the time the order is placed, unless an alternative address is given in the special instructions box.
Please note we cannot specify the time the deliver is made. As these are perishable goods please ensure that someone will be available to receive the order.
We aim for order turnaround to be 24 hours, but please allow 48 hours before advising us of no delivery. All our deliveries are normally 24-48 hours, unless you have specifically requested an alternative date.
If next day delivery is possible you must order before 12PM. Otherwise the order will be made up & sent out the following day. If you order on Friday or at the weekend then your delivery will arrive on Tuesday.
Please note that currently we close on Wednesday afternoons for stock control, so any orders on Wednesday will be processed first thing Thursday.
Note: Orders made over Bank Holidays including weekends will be delivered on Wednesdays. For Christmas & New Year orders, please see our Seasonal Section on our website for further information.
If nobody is present at the time of delivery and no delivery can be made, then goods will be returned to us.
We can only deliver to mainland UK (See delivery pages for information).
If you do not take delivery of the products, we may cancel your order and retain the goods. In this event, we will refund only the price of the non perishable items, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
7. General
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you will inform us within 24 hours of delivery with full details of the complaint and we aim to resolve your complaint immediately or within a maximum of two working days. All complaints will receive the highest possible attention.
